Fees & Insurance

I can bill for counseling sessions in one of the following ways:

    1. Out of pocket: This means the full rate of the counseling session will be charged at the time of service.

    2. In-network provider: You are responsible for just the copay and/or coinsurance at the time of service. I send an invoice directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. Currently, I can bill as an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Moda Health and PacificSource.

    3. Superbill: If you have out-of-network mental health benefits (PPO), I can provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I can provide superbills for insurance companies I am not currently in-network with. This includes United Healthcare, Aetna, Providence, Kaiser, Cigna or any other PPO insurance plan not listed above. Full rate of the counseling is due at the time of the service.

Puedo cobrar para los servicios de la consejería en una de las siguientes maneras:

  1. Costo de bolsillo: Esto significa que la tarifa completa de la sesión de consejería se cobrará en el momento del servicio.

  2. Proveedor en red: Usted será responsable por el copago y/o coseguro en el momento del servicio. Envío una factura directamente a su compañía de seguros para el reembolso. Actualmente, puedo facturar como proveedor en red con Blue Cross Blue Shield, Moda Health y PacificSource.

  3. “Superbill”: Si usted tiene beneficios de salud mental fuera de la red (PPO), puedo proporcionarle una “superbill” que usted puede presentar a su compañía de seguros para el reembolso potencial. Puedo proporcionar “superbill” para compañías de seguros con las que no estoy actualmente en red. Esto incluye United Healthcare, Aetna, Providence, Kaiser, Cigna o cualquier otro plan de seguro PPO no mencionado anteriormente. La tarifa completa de la sesión de consejería se cobrará en el momento del servicio.
